  1. Rescheduling: Allowed 24 hrs in advance, valid for 30 days.
    2. Cancellations/No-Shows: <24 hrs notice forfeits advance.
    3. Advance Payments: Non-refundable, adjustable for rescheduled services.
    4. Service Dissatisfaction: Remedies via re-service or adjustment; no cash refunds.
    5. Product Returns: Accepted if unopened, within 7 days, with receipt. Refund issued in same payment mode.
    6. Exceptions: No refunds for partly used packages, memberships, or promotional services.
